1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of bulk orders or export services must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Once procurement or shipping transition has started, cancellations may not be possible or may incur processing fees.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only in cases where the product delivered is significantly different from the specifications ordered or if there is a manufacturing defect verified by our quality control team.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please email contact@vinayakinterprises.com with your order details and supporting documentation (e.g., photos of defects).

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
